Understanding the diversity of repair outcomes after introducing a genomic cut is essential for realizing the therapeutic potential of genomic editing technologies. In this webinar, we highlight the effectiveness of Editas Medicine’s Uni-Directional Targeted Sequencing methodology (UDiTaS) in measuring structural changes resulting from CRISPR-Cas9 editing. We also discuss challenges associated with producing a large-scale supply of Tn5 transposase complexes to create UDiTaS sequencing libraries, and how seqWell provided the solution with the Tn5 Tagify toolkit.
